Shipping for all Dragons will be UPS or Fed Ex Next Day Air. There must be someone at home to sign for your Dragon (Our
guarantee will be void if we do not have a signature on the first delivery attempt). We will send a tracking number for your
purchase so you can better judge the time your dragon will arrive. We guarantee a live arrival and take special care to package
our dragons properly. If you receive a dead dragon, you must contact us immediately to make arrangements to ship the dead
dragon back to us within 24 hours. All of our dragons come with a 10-day health guarantee, if something happens during that
time, we will need proof of a vet-check and we will replace your dragon with a similar one when available or refund your money
minus shipping cost. We do not accept Returns for any dragon.
Shipping for Custom Built Cages will be UPS or Fed Ex
Ground. We will send a tracking number and require a signature. We guarantee our cages will arrive fully assembled and damage
free. In the case that there is damage to your cage during shipping you must contact us immediately to receive another cage
or a full refund. We will request the damaged cage sent back to us within 5 days. All cages will be shipped out within 5 to
7 business days from the time we receive your order.
Shipping for all other products will go UPS Ground and come with
a 30-day money back guarantee.
